Enfin j’ai réalisé une tarte Tatin irréprochable !!!!
et grâce aux détails d’expert qui changent tout !
J’ai pourtant 82 ans et pâtissé depuis mon tout jeune âge (à la ferme il y a toujours du beurre ,des oeufs du lait de la crème :ça incite !) mais j’ai toujours eu la hantise de la tarte Tatin….Jamais sûre du démoulage
Et là ,c’est tout bête……à condition d’avoir l’idée !….. un coup de bombe à graisser….Comment diable n’y ai-je jamais pensé ? Alors que ça fait plus de 20 ans que je l’utilise ces bombes!
J’ai ri quand j’ai versé mon caramel et que je l’ai vu valser dans ma poêle ….VRAI !!!!
Je m’endormirai moins bête ce soir! Je suis si contente que je recommence demain

A préciser, il faut vraiment 12 belles pommes pour avoir suffisamment de pommes au final.
Ma seule petite modification concerne la quantité de sucre et de beurre pour le caramel. J'ai mis 100 grs de sucre et 60 grs de beurre car on adore le caramel. Merci pour cette délicieuse recette. Inratable en suivant le process.

Encore une franche réussite! Tu devrais sous-titrer ton site "les recettes inratables"…
Et pourtant je n'était pas rassurée: c'était mon premier caramel au beurre salé et il était tout simplement exquis. Pas de problème au démoulage (utilisation de la bombe à graisse et réchauffage de quelques secondes sur le gaz avant de démouler, comme indiqué).

Milles merci, cette tarte va devenir un classique de la maison 🙂
