J'ai eu peur en la faisant à cause du jus de passion, qui a bien ramolli mes blancs en neige, mais après une nuit au frigo: aucun problème de densité pour cette mousse.
Par contre, j'ai dû verser la gelée trop tôt, elle est partie dans le fond des ramequins, ce qui n'à rien enlevé au goût et à l'originalité de cette mousse.
