Comme dans la pâte il n'y a que de la cannelle en épice je l'ai associé a une purée de pruneau (ou des quetsches)réhydratée. C'est top!
Celle que j'ai faites à la confiture de framboise j'ai mis des épices de "pain d'épices" dedans et la encore c'est top top top!!

Ma grand-mère en préparait une quinzaine qu'elle distribuait à toute la famille les semaines précédant Noël. Nous pouvions les conserver jusqu'à 3 semaines (c'était rarement le cas 😉

Sa pâte ressemblait à la tienne, avec des noisettes plutôt que des amandes.
Sa garniture était beaucoup plus originale : elle mélangeait de la confiture de quetsches (maison bien sûr) à une compote de pruneaux d'agen.
Le résultat était beaucoup moins sucré que les linzertorte qu'on peut déguster par ailleurs et plus rustique, mais tellement bon.

La "Linzer Torte" est la plus ancienne recette de gâteau autrichienne et il en existe de nombreuses variantes. A la différence de votre recette Bernard, la plupart des recettes autrichiennes contiennent bien plus de noix (amandes,noisettes,noix ou un mélange), 250 à 400 grammes, ainsi que du clou de girofle (en poudre)en plus de la cannelle. Quant à la confiture, la plus courante (et à mon goût la meilleure pour cette recette) est la confiture de groseilles.

Je traduis volontiers une recette autrichienne aux amateurs!
