Je connaissais la courge spaghetti mais je la cuisais dans l'eau. J'ai opté pour votre formule au four, c'est bien meilleur car la chair cuit dans ses sucs, sans eau elle est plus parfumée.
Quant à la sauce crème fraiche + ciboulette, pareil c'est extra, j'ai pris de la cibouleail variété au doux parfum aillé.
Avant je la préparais avec des moules et crème ou lardons, je trouve votre recette plus simple et meilleure.

Le résultat est sympa si ce n'est que malgré la petite taille de la courge et le temps de cuisson indiqué respecté elle n'était pas tout à fait cuite et les "spaghettis" du coeur étaient croquants (ce qui n'est pas forcément désagréable). Mais la prochaine fois, j'augmenterai la cuisson pour voir.
