Par contre je pense qu’il y a une petite coquille dans la recette : il n’est pas possible de réaliser une vingtaine de Kanelsnurrer en découpant le pate de 26cm par bande de 2cm. Il s’agit donc d’une recette pour 13 même si les photos en montrent plus sur la plaque.
Sachant que je vais réaliser à nouveau cette recette un certain nombre de fois, serait-il possible de confirmer les mesures de la pâte à découper en bandes?

Merci beaucoup pour cette recette que j’ai tenté ce week-end. Pour commencer il manque pas mal de photos sur cette page(à signaler à votre gestionnaire de site web).
J’ai une question pour la garniture : faut-il faire fondre un peu le beurre ? en effet je l’avais sous forme pommade et du coup j’ai eu un peu de mal à la tartiner et surtout la garniture avait tendance à s’échapper lors du façonnage, auriez-vous une astuce pour éviter cela ?
Avez-vous déjà essayé avec d’autre garnitures ?

J’ai testé et approuvé cette recette. Elle est simple à réaliser sauf la partie « façonnage », mais ça reste faisable sans trop de problème. Il faut peut-être étiré un peu plus chaque bande.
Je les ai congelées et ça reste très bon: on sent bien la cardamome et la cannelle.
