Ballotins Thaïs frits au porc et kaffir

Le ballotin frit au porc et feuilles de kaffir est très croustillant, parfumé, très légérement pimenté. Avec un mixeur, il suffira de quelques minutes pour réaliser la farce. Le pliage est très simple et l’effet grandiose! Avec la sauce pimentée et sucrée, ces ballotins sont de véritables petites merveilles. À essayer d’urgence!

  • Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un mixer et….. appuyer sur le bouton!! Très difficile!
  • La farce est prête en quelques secondes!
  • Prendre une feuille de wonton et garnir avec l’équivalent d’une cuillerée à café de farce au porc.
  • Plier le ballotin de façon à obtenir quelque chose de joli (merci Leandro pour ce beau pliage!!) . Il faut rabattre les bords et bien presser pour fermer le ballotin.
  • Chauffer de l’huile, puis plonger les ballotins. Quand ceux-ci sont dorés, ils sont prêts!
  • A déguster très chaud. Après cuisson, lier le ballotin avec une tige d’oignon chinois, nouée et coupée. On peut les servir avec une sauce sucrée pimentée, un peu visqueuse que l’on vend comme sauce pour nems dans les supermarchés!
