Labneh au zaatar

Une très bonne amie Gaëlle, m’a un jour fait ce plat à servir en apéritif ou en entrée. C’est savoureux, frais et délicieux ! Son petit plus : des pignons de pin grillés qui viennent agrémenter le labneh, une sorte de cream cheese, parsemé de mélange au zaatar, sésame et sumac. Avec plein d’huile d’olive et un bon pain libanais, c’est un voyage pour les yeux et les papilles !

  • Voici le zaatar. Vous le trouverez dans les épiceries exotiques ou sur internet. Cela ressemble un peu à de l’origan.
  • Versez le zaatar dans un récipient.
  • Ajoutez le sumac. Cette épice est légèrement citronnée et se trouve dans les mêmes boutiques que le zaatar.
  • Mettez les graines de sésame et le sel.
  • Mélangez, c’est terminé ! Vous pourrez garder ce mélange des mois dans une boite hermétique.
  • Faites griller les pignons de pin dans une petite poêle sur feu modéré. Ils doivent se colorer doucement.
  • Et voici le labneh. C’est un peu comme du philadelphia cream cheese, mais en plus salé et plus savoureux !
  • Versez une bonne couche d’un centimètre dans un plat.
  • Saupoudrez du mélange au zaatar et arrosez généreusement d’huile d’olive.
  • Parsemez de pignons de pin grillés et régalez-vous avec un bon pain libanais, grillé ou non !
