Boulettes aux Amandes et à l'Orange

Les boulettes aux amandes et à l’orange sont de petits gâteaux qui accompagnent à la perfection le thé à la menthe. Elles sont très savoureuses avec leur goût d’amande, d’orange et de fleur d’oranger. Un aller simple pour Rabat au Café Maure!

Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
Mettre la poudre d’amande, le sucre semoule et la levure dans un bol.
Ajouter l’oeuf et le zest d’orange.
Commencer à mélanger et ajouter de la fleur d’oranger. Il faut ajouter juste assez de fleur d’oranger pour former une boule de pâte.
Verser les amandes hachées ou effilées ou les deux dans des assiettes. Prendre une boule de pâte de la taille d’une cerise et la rouler dans les amandes.
Une fois toutes les boules roulées dans les amandes, les placer sur une plaque à pâtisserie garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Puis les saupoudrer de sucre glace avec un passe-thé. Enfourner et laisser cuire une quinzaine de minutes.
Les mettre à refroidir sur une grille. Les servir une heure après avec un thé à la menthe!
