Cookies Au Chocolat Blanc

Les cookies… Je crois que je posterai régulièrement une nouvelle recette à l’avenir sur mon blog de cuisine. J’adore tellement ça ! C’est facile à faire, on peut en avoir de toutes les textures possibles et avec plein de choses différentes à mettre dedans. Aujourd’hui c’est une version très classique: ceux au chocolat blanc et noix de macadamia, mais qui n’en reste pas moins un véritable délice !

  • Mettez le beurre, les sucres et la vanille dans un bol.
  • Mélangez jusqu’à avoir une sorte de crème. Ajoutez alors l’œuf.
  • Mélangez de nouveau et versez la farine et le bicarbonate de sodium.
  • Pour ma recette, vous pouvez prendre des noix de macadamia grillées et salées. Il faudra juste les couper en deux. 
  • Mettez les pépites de chocolat blanc et les noix de macadamia dans la pâte.
  • Mélangez un dernier coup (si vous avez un KitchenAid il faut la feuille (le K)).
  • Faites des boulettes de 45g.
  • Aplatissez-les légèrement avec la paume de la main.
  • Faites cuire à 180°C pendant 11-12 minutes. Les cookies doivent avoir l’air à peine cuit. Juste un peu dorés sur le pourtour. En refroidissant ils auront alors la texture parfaite. 
  • Laissez-les refroidir avant de les déguster encore tièdes ! Placez-les ensuite dans une boite hermétique.
