Ces cookies ont un goût totalement étonnant et addictif ! J’y mets dedans, du beurre noisette, c’est à dire un beurre que je fais cuire jusqu’à avoir une belle couleur foncée, du café en poudre, de la poudre de noisette et enfin du chocolat noir. Le tout donne une saveur très particulière et inhabituelle, mais complètement cohérente. Ils sont prêts très rapidement, même si je laisse refroidir la pâte à un moment donné. À faire pour changer des cookies plus traditionnels !

  • Faites tout d’abord cuire le beurre à la casserole pour avoir un beurre noisette bien coloré.
  • Il va d’abord bouillir puis va se colorer.
  • Versez dans un récipient, le sucre, le sel et le café en poudre instantané.
  • Versez le beurre noisette et la vanille liquide.
  • Mélangez bien puis laissez refroidir 15 minutes avant d’ajouter l’œuf.
  • Mélangez puis versez la farine et la poudre de noisette.
  • Terminez avec les chunks.
  • Faites de boulettes aplaties de 55g chacune et posez-les sur un papier sulfurisé.
  • Faites cuire 13-14 minutes à 170°C.
  • Laissez tiédir avant de dévorer !
