Voici la recette de mon facebook live du mercredi 18 mars. Une recette simple, facile et rapide à préparer, moins traditionnelle que ce que je fais d’habitude. Vous avez également la recette d’un dal plus respectueux des traditions sur le blog, mais je vous garantie que celui-ci est très savoureux. Je vous mets également le replay du facebook live, mais la vidéo n’est pas de bonne qualité, internet rame un peu en ce moment avec le confinement mondial !

  • Faites tout d’abord cuire à l’eau bouillante les lentilles corail pendant 2 minutes 30. Oui c’est tout !
  • Égouttez-les bien puis dans versez l’huile dans la casserole.
  • Ajoutez l’oignon finement haché et les gousses écrasées au presse-ail.
  • Laissez cuire pendant 3-4 minutes sur feu modéré.
  • Ajoutez les lentilles, les épices et le lait de coco. Mélangez bien, laissez cuire 8-10 minutes supplémentaires, en mélangeant de temps en temps.
  • Servez avec un riz blanc, des la coriandre hachée et des oignons frits.
