Celle-ci m’a particulièrement plu. J’ai suivi votre conseil de ne pas trop égoutter les tomates séchées, et effectivement cette huile parfumée rehausse vraiment la saveur. Le gratinage final fait vraiment toute la différence ! Cette croûte dorée et craquante contraste parfaitement avec le moelleux des haricots. Le seul petit ajustement de ma part : j’ai ajouté quelques herbes de Provence dans la chapelure, ce qui s’accordait bien avec les tomates séchées. La prochaine fois, je compte tester avec des cannellini pour voir la différence. Je conserve précieusement cette recette dans mes favoris, comme pas mal d’autres trouvées ici. Merci pour ce format clair et surtout pour les idées.
