Bonjour Bernard, cela me rappelle une spécialité de Nice qui s’appelle ‘merda di can’ en niçois (littéralement ‘crotte de chien’) et qui est réalisée avec de la blette (à la place des épinards). Ce nom pas très appétissant vient de la forme que l’on donne aux gnocchis. Ils sont servis en général avec de la sauce de daube, c’est un régal. Tes gnocchis ont l’air délicieux également et leur forme est un peu plus jolie que nos merda di can. Encore merci pour tes recettes toujours inspirantes.
