Que peut-on utiliser à la place de la margarine industrielle que je n'aime pas du tout ? J'ai mis du ghee mais j'aurais peut être eu une meilleure texture avec margarine, là c'est très friable, cela n'a pas le même aspect que les jolies barres de la photo… Merci en tout cas pour cette idée très originale et gourmande !

C'est la 1ere recette que je fais de votre site qui ne marche pas 🙁 C'est pourtant mon site de référence !
Mon mélange froid est très friable et pas aussi dense et homogène que sur votre photo ! les flocons Quaker malgré une cuisson 10mn environ n'ont pas fondus… Du coup je ne peux pas les couper en barres, je vais utiliser ce mélange de céréales avec du fromage blanc.

Elles sont très bonnes et ont un bon goût de flocons d'avoine mais par contre j'aurais bien aimé sentir plus le goût de la purée de cacahuètes que je trouvais vraiment pas présent. D'ailleurs les personnes à qui je les ai faite goûter ne l'ont pas du tout senti.
Par contre mes barres sont très friables et ne se présentent donc pas aussi bien que les tiennes.
Dommage.
