J'ai fait avec et sans agent levant. Et même sur une recette sans gluten, la levure agit. J'en ai cette fois la certitude… 🙂

Juste une petite précision, il y a du gluten dans la levure chimique (En tout cas dans celle que j'ai à la maison, marque qui commence par "Al" et qui se termine par "sa", avec un paquet rose et bleu ^^). Certes en quantités faibles, mais ce n'est quand même pas littéralement sans gluten. Ayant invité des personnes allergiques au gluten ce W-E, par quoi me conseillez vous de remplacer la levure chimique? Bicarbonate de soude?
