j'ai une question vraiment très bête mais à quoi servent la farine, le son et les flocons de pdt ? Gustativement ça n'apporte rien et il me semble que le pois chiche contient suffisamment d'amidon pour ne pas avoir besoin d'un liant supplémentaire à l'oeuf, non ? Je me permets de demander ça car je viens de faire une recette très similaire avec une cuisson au four (dans des moules à financiers) et je n'ai eu aucun problème de tenue. Question de cuisson ? merci d'avance,

De mon côté je les ai faites avec de la graine de maïs (cousous de maïs) à la place des flocons de PDT.
Je referai volontiers la recette, mais en rajoutant un peu d'ail et en les accompagnant d'un coulis de tomates tiède ou d'une sauce blanche à la menthe et au coriandre.
