Tuve el privilegio de recibir dos hermosas trufas negras del P\u00e9rigord, por cortes\u00eda de mis amigos Maryse y Olivier, propietarios del Caf\u00e9 Louise de P\u00e9rigueux. Maryse es una excelente cocinera y os recomiendo encarecidamente que vay\u00e1is a probar sus platos. Me explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo hacer el famoso risotto de trufa negra. Estoy completamente loco por ello. \u00a1As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la receta de este plato explosivo!
