Entonces me di cuenta de que a\u00fan no ten\u00eda esta receta en mi blog de cocina. Por eso puse el bollo trenzado, para luego poder hacer este bud\u00edn de pan. Porque siempre lo prefiero al brioche, m\u00e1s que al pan. Es bastante divertido, porque visualmente es bastante especial, parece que est\u00e1 seco. En boca es una aut\u00e9ntica delicia: de textura ultra suave y ligera. El brioche absorbe el l\u00edquido y se vuelve ultrafundente.
