Durante a\u00f1os he probado muchas variaciones: harina de arroz, almid\u00f3n de trigo, almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz, almid\u00f3n de patata, con clara de huevo, sin ella, etc. Pero hab\u00eda encontrado la respuesta en Vietnam y resulta que es con y s\u00f3lo con almid\u00f3n de tapioca que funciona.
