Esta es en realidad mi versi\u00f3n de la tarta de Nantes (no&nbsp;completamente&nbsp;id\u00e9ntica). Me llev\u00f3 varios intentos conseguir la consistencia que ten\u00eda en mente. Me encanta trabajar sin receta y buscar la soluci\u00f3n yo mismo. Es como la qu\u00edmica, a\u00f1ades m\u00e1s o menos az\u00facar, m\u00e1s o menos mantequilla, harina, huevo y el pastel ser\u00e1 diferente cada vez. Este pastel, rico en almendras y ron \u00e1mbar, tiene la ventaja de conservarse durante mucho tiempo (no s\u00e9 realmente cu\u00e1nto tiempo, ya que no sobrevive de todos modos) y mejora cada d\u00eda. Esto se puede hacer con un glaseado real que se hornea para que sea duro y forme una c\u00e1scara que proteja el pastel de&nbsp;sec\u00e1ndose&nbsp;y permita que los sabores se desarrollen m\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceta de la tarta de ron y almendras: (proporci\u00f3n para un molde de 15 cm o el doble de proporciones para un molde de 20 cm)<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-150g de almendras<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-95g de mantequilla<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-130g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-45g de harina<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-90g de huevo (dos huevos peque\u00f1os)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-25g de ron \u00e1mbar (siempre se puede sustituir por azahar o vainilla&#8230;)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">Ron para empapar despu\u00e9s de la cocci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">Icing&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-25g de clara de huevo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-140 a 145 g de az\u00facar glas<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><i><br \/>\n<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Derretir la mantequilla y mezclarla con el az\u00facar.<\/i><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; El pastel dice que est\u00e1 dorado. Tienes que adaptarte a tu propio horno, sobre todo en funci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o del molde.
