Una receta muy sencilla pero con un sabor delicioso que reconforta con este tiempo helado. Yo a\u00f1ado aceite de avellana a mi masa para que tenga un sabor m\u00e1s fuerte a nuez, pero por supuesto se puede utilizar aceite de macadamia si est\u00e1 disponible, \u00a1ya que no es f\u00e1cil de encontrar! Con un hojaldre crujiente por encima, gracias a la adici\u00f3n de un streusel, y nueces crujientes por dentro, \u00a1todo el mundo se lanzar\u00e1 a por ellos!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receta para unos diez muffins at\u00f3micos o quince muffins cl\u00e1sicos:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Masa Streusel:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-125g de harina<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-90g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-90g de mantequilla blanda<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de canela<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de jengibre<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">Masa:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-325g de harina<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n  <span style=\"\">-1\/2&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n  <span style=\"\">cucharadita<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n  <span style=\"\">&nbsp;bicarbonato de sodio&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n  <span style=\"\">-1&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n  <span style=\"\">cucharadita&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n  <span style=\"\">polvo de hornear<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-125g de vergeoise marr\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-125g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-125g de leche entera de ribot<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-125g de nata l\u00edquida<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30g de aceite de avellana (o de macadamia, si est\u00e1 disponible)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-80g de aceite neutro<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 huevos grandes<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1+1\/2 cucharadita de vainilla l\u00edquida<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-140 g de nueces de macadamia&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Precalentar el horno a 190\u00b0C.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Prepare la masa de streusel.
