Es un pastel sin harina que se deshace literalmente en la boca. Hab\u00eda descubierto este pastel bajo el nombre de \u00abg\u00e2teau de Visan\u00bb o \u00abD\u00e9lice des Amandiers\u00bb y estaba&nbsp;completamente&nbsp;encantado, hasta el punto de buscar durante mucho tiempo la manera de acercarme a esta receta. Prob\u00e9 varias combinaciones y dispar\u00e9 varias veces antes de llegar a este resultado&nbsp;.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>En primer lugar, me gustar\u00eda se\u00f1alar que esta tarta s\u00f3lo tiene sentido con las almendras enteras blanqueadas que uno mismo muele. Las almendras en polvo no dar\u00e1n el mismo resultado. El pastel es realmente sabroso y los peque\u00f1os trozos de almendra le dan una textura \u00fanica.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Receta para 5 volcanes supremos:<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-4 huevos<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-250g de almendras blanqueadas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"color: black; font-weight: normal;\"><b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-180g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-90g de mantequilla<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de vainilla l\u00edquida<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<i>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Comience por moler las almendras escaldadas en una batidora.
