Para nuestro placer, \u00e9ste nos ofrece especialidades de chocolates martillados. Los hay de todo tipo y uno de mis favoritos (aunque tambi\u00e9n hay otros incre\u00edbles) es el de caramelo. Como la Navidad se acerca r\u00e1pidamente, vuelvo a poner en el mapa el m\u00e9todo de <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/chocolat-tempere.html\">chocolate<\/a> con manteca de <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/chocolat-tempere.html\">cacao templado<\/a> Mycryo, el m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para los no profesionales. Sin embargo, necesitar\u00e1s esta mantequilla m\u00e1gica, as\u00ed como el chocolate de cobertura (que no es el del supermercado) y&#8230; \u00a1ya est\u00e1! Esta vez, por supuesto, \u00a1esta receta se hace sin molde! \u00a1Y la perfecci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta radica en su perfecta irregularidad! Puedes a\u00f1adir un poco de agua para empaparlo si tienes miedo de hacer un caramelo seco (\u00a1que no es dif\u00edcil!).
