Bruno me dio entonces su receta, que me pareci\u00f3 perfecta. Una masa fresca y crujiente y un interior denso y suave. Yo era bastante esc\u00e9ptica con respecto a este polvo, pero lo cierto es que retiene perfectamente la humedad y por eso las natillas tienen esa consistencia. \u00bfD\u00f3nde puedo encontrarlo? En G.Detou, como siempre, tambi\u00e9n en Internet. Pero tambi\u00e9n en el supermercado local. Despu\u00e9s de investigar, es lo mismo que las bolsas de crema pastelera \u00ablistas para usar\u00bb en la secci\u00f3n de \u00abproductos de pasteler\u00eda\u00bb y s\u00e9 que las vende la marca Ancel. Y es una de las marcas utilizadas por los panaderos profesionales. Siempre he hecho mis natillas \u00aben casa\u00bb, pero con un poco de esta \u00abcrema en polvo\u00bb adem\u00e1s, \u00a1la crema adquiere una consistencia maravillosa!
