En primer lugar, porque es&nbsp;extremadamente&nbsp;sencillo y r\u00e1pido de hacer. En segundo lugar, porque es maravillosamente delicioso. Un fino encaje de az\u00facar caramelizado con avellanas picadas y tostadas. Por fin, \u00a1porque me hizo pasar un mal rato! Hice m\u00e1s de 10 intentos para conseguir estas galletas. Tuve que encontrar las proporciones y la cocci\u00f3n adecuadas para lograr el resultado que ten\u00eda en mente. &nbsp;Es muy similar&nbsp;al famoso \u00abcroquant de Cordes sur Ciel\u00bb en cuanto a ingredientes, aunque es muy diferente. As\u00ed que os pongo esta receta que para m\u00ed es perfecta. En la imagen de abajo se ve que las bolas de la derecha ya est\u00e1n aplastadas.
