Estaban realmente deliciosos. Nos preguntamos c\u00f3mo hacerlos&#8230; As\u00ed que simplemente mir\u00e9 los ingredientes y sus proporciones y le dije que iba a hacer la receta exactamente igual.  &nbsp;\u00a1Est\u00e1 hecho! Mirando el paquete, he anotado y mi receta da exactamente estos shortbread ligeramente gruesos. Todos los ingredientes se pueden encontrar en tiendas ecol\u00f3gicas, especialmente la harina de espelta T110.&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceta de shortbread de espelta y almendra (para una docena):<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-200g de harina de espelta T110<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-70g de az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a fina<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-60g de mantequilla blanda<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-20g de polvo de almendra<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-2 pizcas de flor de sal<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de aroma de almendra amarga<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-1 huevo de 55g<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Esta es la harina utilizada en la receta. Vigila el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n, porque como siempre, \u00a1la duraci\u00f3n depende de la potencia del horno!
