Porque esta es la forma en que la mayor\u00eda de los profesionales preparan el mazap\u00e1n. Y la principal ventaja de esto es la larga vida \u00fatil de la masa, ya que no hay blanco. Se puede utilizar para adornar chocolates, disfrazar frutas, etc. Si piensa consumir su mazap\u00e1n directamente, evidentemente puede recurrir al mazap\u00e1n preparado en fr\u00edo (con blanco), pero si quiere hacer cosas con mazap\u00e1n, o rellenar bombones o simplemente hacer una cierta cantidad para guardar, \u00a1esta receta es ideal! Es simplemente un nombre para la proporci\u00f3n de almendra y az\u00facar. Hay pasta de almendra superior (66% de almendras), extra (50%), de reposter\u00eda (33%) y com\u00fan (25%). Eleg\u00ed el \u00abconfiseur\u00bb por su sencillez de uso (sobre todo el paso del rodillo) y su larga vida \u00fatil. \u00a1Y no veo mucha diferencia con el extra en el sabor!  <\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; Ya he probado de todo (he hecho 4 recetas para llegar finalmente a esto, \u00a1lo que demuestra lo complicado que puede ser simplificar!) La batidora triturar\u00e1 las almendras con demasiada intensidad y puede hacer que pierdan su aceite. Utilizo un rodillo (\u00a1un rodillo de metal para az\u00facar o turr\u00f3n ser\u00eda lo mejor!).
