En Francia, es cierto que probablemente nos sintamos m\u00e1s tentados a comerlo sin freno como aperitivo con el famoso c\u00f3ctel brasile\u00f1o, \u00a1la ca\u00efpirinha!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n&nbsp;El P\u00e3o de queijo se elabora tradicionalmente con ingredientes dif\u00edciles de encontrar en Francia, como el \u00abpolvilho doce\u00bb, que es un almid\u00f3n&nbsp;elaborado a partir de la mandioca&nbsp;y el queso \u00abmeia cura\u00bb (de media curaci\u00f3n)&nbsp;\u00a1pero no hay problema para hacerlos!  <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n\u00a1Volv\u00ed de Brasil con un queso \u00abmeia cura\u00bb e hice mis \u00abp\u00e3es de queijo\u00bb de la manera m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntica! Y en Francia se puede sustituir por mitad de parmesano fresco rallado y mitad de gruyere rallado y picado. El resultado ser\u00e1 casi id\u00e9ntico.  <\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nEn los supermercados asi\u00e1ticos se puede encontrar harina de tapioca, que en realidad es almid\u00f3n de tapioca, siendo la tapioca la mandioca. Pero el precio es bastante elevado y no notar\u00e1 la diferencia si lo sustituye por parmesano reci\u00e9n rallado&nbsp;. A veces no me atrevo a rallar el queso parmesano, as\u00ed que uso descaradamente el parmesano en polvo.  <\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nEn resumen, los panes de queso&nbsp;(\u00abp\u00e3es&nbsp;de queijo\u00bb en plural) son deliciosos y f\u00e1ciles de hacer, hay que comerlos 5 minutos despu\u00e9s de salir del horno, entonces tienen una textura ligeramente crujiente en la parte superior y un coraz\u00f3n&nbsp;extra suave (\u00a1gracias a la harina de tapioca!) Mezclar bien y a\u00f1adir los huevos. Mezclar de nuevo, a mano es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que con una cuchara. Con una Kitchenaid es a\u00fan m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. La masa ser\u00e1 pegajosa, esto es normal. Colocar bolas de masa del tama\u00f1o de una nuez en una bandeja para hornear. Puedes poner mucho en una bandeja de horno porque los panes no subir\u00e1n mucho al final.<br \/>\nSi lo desea, puede dejar el plato con las alb\u00f3ndigas en la nevera durante toda la noche.
