Si, como yo, optas por hacer tus propias peras escalfadas en alm\u00edbar, entonces tardar\u00e1s un poco m\u00e1s. Pero aparte de ese poco de tiempo extra, la tarta es realmente sencilla de hacer. Una tarta compuesta por una pasta dulce crujiente, una suave crema de almendras y una pasta ligeramente coloreada.<\/span><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"border-collapse: collapse;\">e y, por \u00faltimo, fundir las peras. Todo ello con el aroma de la mantequilla, la vainilla y el ron ambarino&#8230; \u00a1Me pregunto c\u00f3mo alguien puede resistirse m\u00e1s y no correr a la cocina para probarlo! Esta tarta no tiene nada que ver con el eclesi\u00e1stico del siglo XVII Louis Bourdaloue, sino con la calle Bourdaloue de Par\u00eds, donde esta tarta fue inventada en el siglo XIX por un pastelero&#8230;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
