Por \u00faltimo os doy mi receta de ganache de nueces. \u00a1He probado y ajustado varias recetas y por fin he encontrado la que mejor me va! Un crujiente chocolate con leche con un interior cremoso de ganache de chocolate con leche y trocitos de nuez. Los profesionales utilizan un candissoire pero mi t\u00e9cnica funciona muy bien.<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>Picar las nueces finamente.
