Tendr\u00e1s que empezar por preparar el \u00abchar siu\u00bb de cerdo, \u00a1pero aqu\u00ed te doy la receta! \u00a1Estos bollos (yo los hice peque\u00f1os) se pueden comer infinitamente!  <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">Receta para una veintena de peque\u00f1os \u00abbollos de cerdo lacados\u00bb (\u00a1tambi\u00e9n se pueden hacer m\u00e1s grandes!):<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Para la masa:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 paquete de levadura de panader\u00eda seca<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-160ml de agua tibia<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60g de az\u00facar glas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-280g de harina<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-100g de almid\u00f3n de trigo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30g de manteca de cerdo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Cerdo&nbsp;Char Siu:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-400g de lomo de cerdo deshuesado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de jarabe de maltosa (o jarabe de glucosa en G Detou)  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de miel<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de salsa Hoisin (se pronuncia \u00abo\u00efe zine\u00bb, disponible en Tang fr\u00e8res)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30g de salsa de soja clara<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-15g de Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, el alcohol de rosa (\u00a154\u00b0!)  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de cinco especias chinas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de aceite de s\u00e9samo tostado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3\/4 cucharadita de tinte rojo  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 buenas pizcas de bicarbonato de sodio<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pizca de glutamato<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Relleno del brioche&nbsp;:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-toda la carne cocinada en salsa \u00abchar siu\u00bb<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de salsa hoisin<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de salsa de ostras<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de maicena<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-5 a 6 cucharadas de salsa \u00abchar siu\u00bb cocinada con la carne<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/4 de cucharadita de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cebollas chinas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-6 gotas de colorante rojo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 pizcas peque\u00f1as de bicarbonato de sodio<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\n<i>Comience por preparar el \u00abchar siu\u00bb de cerdo como se indica en la receta, haciendo clic en <\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/03\/le-porc-rouge-char-siu.html\"><br \/>\n  <i>aqu\u00ed<\/i><br \/>\n<\/a><i>\u00a1!
