Este es un pastel que aparecer\u00e1 en el sitio en varios sabores. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 una Marianna? &nbsp;Simplemente porque en la pareja de amigos brasile\u00f1os&nbsp;&nbsp; que vinieron a quedarse en nuestra casa durante 10 d\u00edas en Par\u00eds, a Marianna le encantaba la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e. En el Marianna hay una galleta crujiente, una mousse-ganache de chocolate y&#8230; \u00a1un coraz\u00f3n doble de cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e de vainilla! Ya tengo muchas ideas para las Marianas, \u00a1siempre con ese coraz\u00f3n de cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e! Me preocupaba que el chocolate dominara a la vainilla, pero no. La mousse-ganache combina con la textura cremosa y untuosa de la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e y la vainilla fr\u00eda aporta un contraste perfecto. S\u00f3lo tienes que hacer clic en \u00abcr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e\u00bb en la secci\u00f3n de ingredientes y encontrar\u00e1s mi receta (\u00a1que me ha costado mucho trabajo!). Hay moldes Flexipan como para mini cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9es con un di\u00e1metro de 6 cm. Le sel ne va pas avec la vanille\u2026! Etaler la p\u00e2te sur 5mm entre deux feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9. D\u00e9couper avec des cercles \u00e0 mousses de 8cm de diam\u00e8tre. Et il faut un cercle par g\u00e2teau. La p\u00e2te doit cuire dans les cercles!! <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 20-25 minutes. D\u00e9cerlcer puis laisser s\u00e9cher sur une grille. Laver les cercles \u00e0 mousse qui vont \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pr\u00e9parer la mousse-ganache au chocolat. Mettre une bonne cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de chantilly au chocolat sur chaque sabl\u00e9. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sortir les cr\u00e8mes br\u00fbl\u00e9es et les d\u00e9poser sur la chantilly au chocolat. Il suffit alors de remettre une couche de chantilly, puis la deuxi\u00e8me cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e. Finir enfin avec la chantilly au chocolat. Il y a donc deux \u00e9tages de cr\u00e8mes br\u00fbl\u00e9es.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Lisser avec un couteau ou une spatule les cercles et stocker au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour au moins 2 heures. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-13\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Au bout de 2 heures, la chantilly a pris sa texture d\u00e9finitive de mousse-ganache. Passer tout autour des cercles le souffle br\u00fblant d\u2019un s\u00e8che cheveux. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-14\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Il suffit alors de tirer \u00e0 la verticale les cercles assez d\u00e9laicatement pour ne pas abimer les g\u00e2teaux. Remettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu\u2019au moment de servir (compter encore 1 heure). <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-15\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">On peut se contenter de cacao en poudre mais j\u2019ai ajout\u00e9 une de cuivre alimentaire dans le cacao pour le faire briller. La photo ne le rend pas, mais le g\u00e2teau brillait de mille feux! Bien m\u00e9langer le cacao et la poudre de cuivre d\u2019une part, et du sucre glace avec de la poudre d\u2019or d\u2019autre part. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-282151-step-0-16\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Au moment de servir, saupoudrer de cacao cuivr\u00e9 avec un passe th\u00e9. Mettre ensuite un papier sur la moiti\u00e9 du g\u00e2teau, ce papier servant de pochoir, puis saupoudrer de sucre glace dor\u00e9.
