Os doy mi mezcla de especias (secreta) y mi receta, que he probado varias veces antes de estar segura del resultado. \u00a1He comparado muchas recetas! Pronto pondr\u00e9 la receta de speculoos gruesos en un molde de madera con la imagen de San Nicol\u00e1s. Esto se diferenciar\u00e1 por la presencia de huevos.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>Nota importante:<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>Para mi receta de mezcla de especias, utilizo dosis de cuchara americana. Son f\u00e1ciles de usar y ofrecen una amplia gama de cantidades, desde la cucharada hasta 1\/8 de cucharadita. Sobre todo, permiten reproducir perfectamente una mezcla, \u00a1sin hacerla \u00abau pif\u00bb! Siempre lleno las cucharas hasta el borde.<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">El origen etimol\u00f3gico del nombre de esta galleta es controvertido.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan algunos, \u00abSpeculoos\u00bb viene del lat\u00edn \u00abspecies\u00bb que significa especias o \u00abspeculum\u00bb que significa espejo. Se dice que Speculoos es una imagen, el \u00abreflejo en un espejo\u00bb de una persona. Otros sugieren la palabra \u00abespeculador\u00bb, que significa obispo. Se tratar\u00eda entonces de San Nicol\u00e1s, que se celebra el 6 de diciembre comiendo pasteles con forma de temas: burro, santo, flores, etc. Por \u00faltimo, un pastel holand\u00e9s elaborado en el siglo XVII con especias ex\u00f3ticas de la India y \u00c1frica, llamado \u00abSpeculaas\u00bb, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda ser el origen de Specula. El nombre \u00abSpeculas\u00bb se sigue utilizando en Inglaterra, Holanda y, en cierta medida, en B\u00e9lgica. Elles permettent surtout de pouvoir reproduire parfaitement un m\u00e9lange, sans faire \u00ab au pif \u00bb! Je remplis toujours les cuillers \u00e0 ras.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">L\u2019origine \u00e9tymologique du nom de ce biscuit est controvers\u00e9e.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s certains, \u00abSp\u00e9culoos \u00bb viendrait du latin \u00ab species \u00bb qui signifie \u00e9pices ou \u00absp\u00e9culum \u00bb qui signifie miroir. Le Sp\u00e9culoos serait une image, le \u00ab reflet dans un miroir \u00bb d\u2019un personnage. D\u2019autres avancent le mot \u00ab speculator \u00bb, qui signifie \u00e9v\u00eaque. Il s\u2019agirait alors de Saint Nicolas, que l\u2019on f\u00eate le 6 d\u00e9cembre en mangeant des g\u00e2teaux en forme de sujets: \u00e2ne, saint, fleurs, etc\u2026 Enfin, un g\u00e2teau hollandais confectionn\u00e9 au 17\u00e8me si\u00e8cle \u00e0 base d\u2019\u00e9pices exotiques des Indes et d\u2019Afrique, appel\u00e9 \u00ab Sp\u00e9culaas \u00bb, pourrait \u00eatre \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019origine du Sp\u00e9culos. Le nom \u00ab Sp\u00e9culas \u00bb est encore utilis\u00e9 en Angleterre, en Hollande et un peu en Belgique. La terminaison \u00abas\u00bb s\u2019est progressivement transform\u00e9e au cours du temps en \u00ab os \u00bb, afin d\u2019apporter au nom un son plus francophone et donc plus facile \u00e0 prononcer par les Wallons et les habitants du Nord de la France.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Dans cette recette, je ne mets pas d\u2019agent levant, comme le bicarbonate ou la levure chimique.
