Eso es todo. Con los a\u00f1os, la receta ha evolucionado mucho y ahora se encuentra en casi todo el mundo en todos los hoteles para el desayuno. Esta es la versi\u00f3n moderna que propongo hoy: m\u00e1s rica, cremosa y suave, con muchos frutos secos y frescos y un toque de miel&#8230; Una verdadera delicia para preparar la noche anterior para el desayuno o el brunch, por ejemplo. Como de costumbre, utilic\u00e9 mi m\u00e9todo: lo hago todo \u00abau pif\u00bb, voy reajustando sobre la marcha seg\u00fan el sabor y la textura que quiero obtener, obviamente anotando todo con cuidado. As\u00ed que esta es mi receta que te doy, la que condensa lo que he podido apreciar alrededor del mundo en diferentes lugares.
