Fue un primer intento y finalmente lo disfrutamos con nuestra familia. Y despu\u00e9s de la segunda rebanada, las opiniones fueron un\u00e1nimes: una vez que te acostumbras a su contenido muy ligero, aireado y bajo en az\u00facar, este pastel era perfecto para un d\u00eda caluroso y soleado. As\u00ed que lo voy a publicar hoy. No he cambiado nada: no he a\u00f1adido az\u00facar y eso es lo que lo hace diferente. Para la crema chiboust, solemos a\u00f1adir un merengue italiano con alto contenido en az\u00facar, pero aqu\u00ed he utilizado un merengue franc\u00e9s con muy bajo contenido en az\u00facar. En estos momentos habr\u00e1s notado que estoy poniendo muchas recetas de postres: \u00bfla raz\u00f3n? Estoy escribiendo mi segundo libro, esta vez sobre platos salados de todo el mundo, as\u00ed que siempre estoy cocinando comida salada en casa.
