\nComo sab\u00e9is, me gusta estar en mi cocina y poner los ingredientes un poco al azar sobre la marcha en mi recipiente, probando, reajustando y anotando todo lo que hago. Con el tarro de mantequilla de cacahuete que me hab\u00eda sobrado de los \u00abcuadraditos de mantequilla de cacahuete<\/a>\u00ab, quer\u00eda una receta que combinara lo que para m\u00ed va perfectamente junto: mantequilla de cacahuete, pl\u00e1tanos, avena y chocolate. As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 mi pastel, que es bastante rico, pero perfecto para una merienda o para el desayuno, cortado en trozos peque\u00f1os. No lleva harina, s\u00f3lo avena, lo que le da una textura especial. Tambi\u00e9n puede sustituir parte de la avena por la misma cantidad de harina para obtener una textura m\u00e1s firme. \u00a1Pero me encantaba as\u00ed! <\/div>\n

\n-1\/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
