Est\u00e1 a medio camino entre las natillas, la panacota y la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, pero sin el largo tiempo de cocci\u00f3n. A pesar del ingrediente que lo mantiene unido, que podr\u00eda hacer pensar que el resultado es demasiado firme, la textura es perfectamente suave y cremosa.
