Me he esforzado por presentarles los pralin\u00e9s tal y como se elaboran realmente en la regi\u00f3n de Lyon. Dado el nada despreciable precio de estas diabluras, ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s barato hacerlas uno mismo. Puedes conservarlos en una caja herm\u00e9tica durante mucho tiempo. Lo \u00fanico: para conseguir los verdaderos pralin\u00e9s rosas, hay que a\u00f1adir el az\u00facar en tres veces (a no ser que tengas una cuba de pralin\u00e9s giratoria). No es nada complicado, ni lleva tanto tiempo como parece.
