Esta nueva receta hace precisamente eso. No hay harina de trigo, sino s\u00f3lo un poco de harina de casta\u00f1a, lo que la convierte en una receta sin gluten. Para este tipo de recetas, los moldes de silicona son perfectos. Cuanto m\u00e1s grande sea el molde que elijas, m\u00e1s tiempo tardar\u00e1 en hornearse.
