Es una peque\u00f1a maravilla de sencillez y gusto. Es una pasta suave hecha de almendras trituradas con aceite de arg\u00e1n y ligeramente endulzada con miel. Tradicionalmente se hace con una piedra que muele las almendras muy finamente. Con una batidora se puede conseguir casi la misma textura. No ser\u00e1 tan fino (el molido a la piedra da un amlou incomparable) pero el resultado es absolutamente delicioso. Un poco de amlou por la ma\u00f1ana sobre el pan y puedes seguir hasta el almuerzo. El aceite de arg\u00e1n da una sensaci\u00f3n de boca muy suave y aterciopelada y el toque de miel est\u00e1 ah\u00ed para endulzarlo todo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPara 550g de amlou:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">350 g de almendras&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">120 g (130 ml) de aceite de arg\u00e1n<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">&nbsp;80 g de miel (o m\u00e1s al gusto)<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPoner las almendras a tostar en el horno a 190\u00b0C.
