Mucha gente estaba deseando tener la receta en mi blog. Pero yo&nbsp;quer\u00eda que&nbsp;hiciera las cosas bien. As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed estoy, de vuelta de Cant\u00f3n, donde observ\u00e9 todo con detalle, donde hice muchas preguntas, donde prob\u00e9 muchas versiones de esta famosa receta. Lo primero que hay que tener en cuenta es que el arroz canton\u00e9s, tal y como se conoce en Francia, no es blanco. Siempre hay un toque de salsa de soja. Aqu\u00ed os doy la receta de este arroz exactamente como me gustaba all\u00ed. \u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene este sabor tan especial y delicioso? Cerdo Pek\u00edn (que hago yo mismo). Y una cocci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida a alta temperatura en un verdadero wok.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Peque\u00f1a precisi\u00f3n: puedes poner lo que quieras en el arroz, aunque tengas que respetar algunos principios. Siempre hay guisantes, ma\u00edz, huevos, etc. Pero puedes eliminar las gambas si eres al\u00e9rgico.&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Con respecto al cerdo glaseado: le da el sabor sutil al arroz. Pero se puede sustituir por pato o pollo.
