Se trata de un tipo de pan hojaldrado con s\u00e9mola fina de trigo duro. Sin relleno se llaman \u00abmaareks\u00bb y con relleno se llaman \u00abm&#8217;hadjebs\u00bb. La mayor\u00eda de las veces, los m&#8217;hadjebs est\u00e1n rellenos de tomates y cebollas cocinados a fuego lento en aceite de oliva, pero tambi\u00e9n pueden ser dulces. Aqu\u00ed te doy la t\u00e9cnica b\u00e1sica con el famoso relleno de m&#8217;hadjebs.
