Podr\u00e1 descubrir esta maravillosa especialidad suiza en mi <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/mes-voyages-culinaires-lausanne.html\">\u00abViaje culinario: Lausana\u00bb<\/a>. Es un plato del cant\u00f3n de Vaud elaborado con queso Gruy\u00e8re, que procede del cant\u00f3n de Friburgo, en Suiza. Se trata de una c\u00fapula de queso sobre una rebanada de pan, que luego se fr\u00ede. Puede parecer algo pesado e indigesto, pero es tan crujiente, fundente e incre\u00edblemente delicioso que hay que probarlo al menos para convencerse de que no es tan descabellado como parece.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Compuse esta receta por mi cuenta, porque las recetas que encontr\u00e9 en los libros o incluso directamente en el restaurante en cuesti\u00f3n no funcionaban del todo o no daban la textura deseada o el derretimiento caracter\u00edstico&nbsp;. As\u00ed que empec\u00e9 desde cero y me tom\u00e9 la molestia de hacer pruebas durante 3 d\u00edas completos con m\u00e1s de 12 variaciones diferentes. Finalmente se me ocurri\u00f3 esta receta, que es casi id\u00e9ntica en todo a las de Bursins. Una vez que las proporciones son correctas, esta receta es fant\u00e1stica porque es sencilla de hacer y deliciosa de comer. Si se cuece demasiado, el queso quedar\u00e1 blando en el centro, pero si no se cuece lo suficiente, el relleno quedar\u00e1 un poco harinoso.
