No se trata de verdaderos \u00f1oquis, sino de alb\u00f3ndigas hechas con berenjena asada, queso ricotta, queso parmesano y peque\u00f1os cubos de berenjena frita. Est\u00e1n calientes sobre un lecho de crema de s\u00e9samo, con p\u00e9talos de tomate calientes, hojas de albahaca fresca y un chorrito de aceite de oliva.  &nbsp;El conjunto es una especie de receta milagrosa, que toma forma cuando se juntan todos los ingredientes. Los \u00f1oquis se deshacen en la boca, y las texturas son suaves como la seda y&nbsp;refinadas. Com\u00ed este plato en el restaurante AK de Sao Paulo. Este plato es obra de la chef Andrea Kaufmann (de ah\u00ed sus iniciales), pero ha cerrado su restaurante y ha abierto otro en otro barrio. A continuaci\u00f3n, basta con calentarlos en el microondas durante unos segundos&#8230; \u00a1De esta manera, el plato se servir\u00e1&nbsp;inmediatamente&nbsp;a los invitados!<\/b><\/div>\n<p>\nReceta de \u00f1oquis de berenjena para cuatro personas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-5 tomates<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-hojas de albahaca fresca<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">300 g de tahina ya preparada (o ver la receta m\u00e1s abajo)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-Aceite de oliva<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">Gnocchi:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-320 g de queso ricotta (quitar el jugo, pesar s\u00f3lo el ricotta)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-80 g de queso parmesano reci\u00e9n rallado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-40g de harina de ma\u00edz<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-Nutmeg<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-pimienta<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-200 g de berenjenas asadas (\u00a1ver m\u00e1s abajo!)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-150 g de cubos de berenjena fritos (\u00a1ver m\u00e1s abajo!)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Empieza poniendo una (\u00a1una grande!) o dos berenjenas en el horno. La piel se freir\u00e1 e incluso se quemar\u00e1, pero esto es bastante&nbsp;normal. La berenjena debe estar blanda por dentro. El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n depende tanto del horno, que no s\u00e9 cu\u00e1nto puede tardar.
