Voy all\u00ed en ocasiones especiales con amigos que vienen del extranjero a visitarme. Entre otras cosas, est\u00e1n estos divinos raviolis de foie gras. El secreto est\u00e1 bien guardado. Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 mi receta despu\u00e9s de varios intentos. No a todo el mundo le gusta el foie gras caliente, pero a m\u00ed personalmente me vuelve loco su presencia. Siempre congelo un foie gras cocido para tener una copia de seguridad por si acaso. Cortar el foie gras en dados de dos cent\u00edmetros.<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Colocar las hojas de wonton en una superficie de trabajo.
