Una deliciosa pechuga de pato perfectamente cocinada con rodajas de mango cocinadas en la grasa del pato. El conjunto se cubre con una salsa caramelizada de vinagre bals\u00e1mico, miel y Grand Marnier flambeado. Una peque\u00f1a joya que los hu\u00e9spedes siempre disfrutan. Sugiero un m\u00e9todo para precocinar la pechuga de pato antes de la cena (por la tarde) y evitar el olor a grasa durante la comida. El resultado es fant\u00e1stico y el pato se queda tan rosado como quieras.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Por una vez en una receta, \u00a1utilizo un producto Picard! Yo s\u00ed compro sus mangos, porque son muy buenos y c\u00f3modos de usar.
