Grandes y crujientes rosquillas hinchadas con camarones gigantes. El \u00fanico problema que tuve al probarlo fue que mis rosquillas no se mantuvieron crujientes durante mucho tiempo despu\u00e9s de la cocci\u00f3n. Eran visualmente hermosos, pero blandos despu\u00e9s de 5 minutos. \u00a1R\u00e1pidamente identifiqu\u00e9 el problema y por eso les presento esta receta que sigue siendo muy sabrosa! La mayor\u00eda de las recetas de bu\u00f1uelos de gambas incluyen la adici\u00f3n de huevo: entero, de yema o de clara. Se ven todo tipo de cosas, pero mantener la sencillez suele ser la clave. Los huevos hacen que los donuts se hinchen bien, pero a\u00f1aden una textura que se vuelve blanda despu\u00e9s de 5 minutos en el aire. Esto es normal porque los huevos dan una textura \u00abpastosa\u00bb. El hecho de que s\u00f3lo se utilicen harina, almid\u00f3n y agua fresca (y levadura, por supuesto) hace que el agua se evapore al entrar en contacto con el aceite caliente.
