Es el plato nacional por excelencia y los brasile\u00f1os est\u00e1n muy orgullosos de \u00e9l. Es una&nbsp;encrucijada cultural&nbsp;entre \u00c1frica a trav\u00e9s de los esclavos, Portugal y los ind\u00edgenas brasile\u00f1os (a trav\u00e9s de las jud\u00edas negras y la harina de yuca). Los or\u00edgenes de este plato no est\u00e1n muy claros. Se dice que los portugueses trajeron este plato desde su colonizaci\u00f3n de \u00c1frica, con esclavos (africanos) que preparaban esta comida en Brasil (ya que no cuesta nada con las alubias negras, aunque hoy la receta se est\u00e1 encareciendo) y que luego regresaron a Portugal, donde se encuentra en diversas formas. Te ofrezco una versi\u00f3n que no es fija, pero en la que te doy las l\u00edneas principales para tener \u00e9xito. \u00a1Un plato absolutamente delicioso y que&nbsp;no se le escapar\u00e1 a&nbsp;si va a&nbsp;Brasil!<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Es importante saber que no existe una receta fija para la feijoada brasile\u00f1a. Puedes variar las carnes, las proporciones, los embutidos&#8230; Doy mi versi\u00f3n que recoge los principios fundamentales de este plato monumental. A los amigos brasile\u00f1os que sirvieron de conejillos de indias obviamente les gust\u00f3 mucho. Todos los ingredientes se pueden encontrar en las tiendas brasile\u00f1as, o en internet por encargo. La feijoada contiene&nbsp;tradicionalmente&nbsp;de las patas, hocicos, rabos y orejas del cerdo. Sepa que puede pon\u00e9rselos. Opt\u00e9 por no usarlos (como muchos brasile\u00f1os) y no cambia el sabor.
