Un pollo h\u00famedo, perfectamente condimentado, con cebollas, pimientos rojos, chiles verdes grandes y, sobre todo, anacardos crujientes. Una verdadera delicia, sobre todo con el <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/riz-gluant.html\">arroz pegajoso.<\/a>&nbsp;Hay muchas variaciones de este plato.
