Para esta receta, cambio la salsa para hacerla cremosa esta vez y que cubra bien las alb\u00f3ndigas.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"text-align: left;\">Muchos<\/span>&nbsp;Muchos de nosotros ya hemos probado estas deliciosas brochetas de alb\u00f3ndigas de pollo, ba\u00f1adas en la cremosa salsa \u00abyakitori\u00bb. Una peque\u00f1a maravilla. En la red o en los libros, encontrar\u00e1s esta receta en todas partes, pero el resultado es siempre un poco seco&#8230; Problema resuelto. \u00a1Los que me siguen desde hace tiempo ya saben c\u00f3mo solucionar este problema del pollo seco! \u00a1Estas brochetas son realmente perfectas! Incluso puede prepararlos con antelaci\u00f3n y recalentarlos justo antes de servirlos. Debes saber que en Jap\u00f3n, estos pinchos no suelen ser aptos para nuestra boca, porque suelen poner pollo con mucho cart\u00edlago&#8230; \u00a1Lo que da un resultado sorprendente! Lo que no me gusta nada, como puedes imaginar. Hagamos espacio para&nbsp;\u00a1pinchos&nbsp;h\u00famedo!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receta para las brochetas de pollo: (para unas 30 alb\u00f3ndigas, es decir, 10 brochetas)<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Salsa \u00abtopping\u00bb de Yakitori:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-10g de harina de ma\u00edz<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-120g de salsa de soja<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-120g de mirin<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-8 muslos de pollo (\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1no la pechuga!!!)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 puerro japon\u00e9s (o uno normal&#8230;)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 yema de huevo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de maicena<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharada de salsa yakitori<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cm de jengibre fresco rallado<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>En primer lugar, mezcle el az\u00facar, la salsa mirin y la salsa de soja en un cazo.<\/i><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>El mirin se puede encontrar en&nbsp;&nbsp; Las alb\u00f3ndigas se pueden preparar y recalentar en el microondas en el \u00faltimo momento.
